ORDER details
Send us a message introducing yourself and letting us know how many diffusers you are wanting to order and which scents you would like. Please specify if you are wanting empty diffusers and if you would like instruction cards included in your order (if applicable).
Prefilled and empty diffusers both come in packs of 12. The minimum order is 1 pack. Pre-filled diffusers are $6 ea. Empty diffusers are $1.55 ea.
Each pack must be the same scent. Please let us know which scents you would like and how many packs in each scent.
We always have our 2 bestsellers (Arizona Sunset and Sunburst) in stock. Other scents fluctuate by season. We often do not have a lot of seasonal scents in stock. Please note that your order may take a little longer to get shipped if you are ordering large amounts of seasonal scents.
We will respond with a tax exemption form and an invoice! Make sure you have your EIN (or tax ID) number handy! We will not ship your items until it is filled out. If you do not have an EIN # you will be required to pay taxes on the diffusers.
Once your invoice is paid we will begin processing your order! If you are local and would like to pick up you can select "local pickup" at check out (local pick up is in Arizona).

Simply put, our lids are wood and once they have been soaked with the amount of scent in the bottle they cannot effectively hold more fragrance. Because of this, you would need a lid replacement and new fragrance (which is essentially a brand new diffuser). For this reason we do not offer refills. If you notice that this seems to effect your sales you could consider giving a small discount to those who bring in their old diffuser and purchase a new one. We have seen that this works well.
what do we tell customers when they ask about refills?
Arizona Sunset and Sunburst have always been neck and neck, even during the holidays. Sunburst tends to be a little more popular though (it is our anthro dupe). You really can't go wrong either way!
WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POPULAR SCENTS?
We recommend a retail price of $10! We ask that you do not sell them for less than that (having sales is ok, but retail should be a minimum of $10). If you want to sell them for more you can, but we can't tell you how customers will react.
HOW MUCH CAN I SELL THESE FOR?
We use only high quality fragrances that are free from harmful chemicals like phthalates, parabens, and carcinogens. Our favorite compliment from customers is that our scents do not give them headaches like other big name car air fresheners!
